About Me

Hey there! I’m Lindsey.

I help other moms build confidence and learn healthy habits for their families by educating them on importance of balanced nutrition while maintaining an active lifestyle with physical fitness programs.

I’ve been running my health and fitness coaching business for a few months and my client base is steadily growing.

Seeing how much confidence I gained and how quickly I have been able to reach certain fitness goals from being a previous client is what brought me to start coaching. Helping other moms build their confidence, makes me so proud and drives everything I do because I can relate to exactly what they are going through.

If you’re looking to reach a health and fitness goal but have no idea where to start, I’d love to work with you, too!

I’ve got…

  • A library of top fitness programs to fit your desired goals and the flexibility to access them whenever it fits your schedule.
  • Education on the balanced nutrition your body needs as well as top of the line nutritional supplements that provide exactly what your body needs to perform at its best to help you reach your desired health goals.
  • A close knit, judgement-free community of women from all walks of life that are on the same journey so you will always have encouragement, motivation, and never feel alone.

When I’m not helping moms on their health and fitness journey, I can be found chasing after my youngest daughter and toddler, Olivia, embracing all the little things with my son, Connor, who is on the spectrum, and watching my oldest daughter, Ashton, flip around and have fun at gymnastics.

If you’re dying to know more, here are 3 things most people don’t know about me…

  • Interesting fact #1:  I have an identical twin sister, Megan, who is a middle school math teacher.  She loves to run and is a contributor to the beginning of my fitness journey with pushing me in long distance running.
  • Interesting fact #2:  I love to scrapbook; it is actually a shared family love.  All the women on my dad’s side of the family all scrapbook and have been doing so for years.  My sister and I started when we were 18 and we all would get together for a weekend in the summer and just unplug and scrapbook all weekend.  It was so much fun and something we all looked forward to doing together.
  • Interesting fact #3:  I actually have two college degrees: A Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science and an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Biotechnology. My willingness to help people goes back for as long as I can remember. I have always been overly empathetic so the idea of working in patient care has been one I knew would be emotionally draining so that is why I decided to pursue a degree working in the laboratory. This way, I am still able to help people but I get to do so behind the senes.
